Jackie Helm

Jackie Helm began her dance journey with the Spokane Shock Dance Team, where she dedicated six incredible years to entertaining her hometown. During this time, she also played a pivotal role in launching and managing several smaller dance programs, including the Thunder semi-pro dance team, Venom IFL dance team, Wolfpack dance team, and Qdoba Dancers promotional group. Her passion and talent led her to the Washington State Crimson Girls Dance Team, achieving remarkable success with first and third-place finishes in hip-hop nationals over two seasons. After graduating, Jackie pursued opportunities in the professional dance world, joining the prestigious Golden State Warriors Dance Team during their 2014-2015 National Championship season in San Francisco. Driven by a desire to be closer to home, Jackie then spent five seasons with the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers Blazerdancers. Her time with the Blazers was marked by electrifying performances at sold-out arena concerts, impactful community events, and even international appearances in China representing the Blazers organization. Eager for new challenges, Jackie ventured into NFL territory and found her perfect fit with the Seattle Seahawks Dancers, where she spent an unforgettable season participating in all games, community engagements, and local dance events. Following her retirement from the spotlight, Jackie channeled her expertise into coaching and teaching, founding the Ridgeline Dance Team, which achieved an impressive third place in state competition during their inaugural season. Her coaching philosophy centers around cultivating disciplined, passionate performers who strive for excellence. Currently, Jackie remains deeply involved in the dance community, creating choreography for high schools, colleges, and professional teams, and conducting high school dance camps throughout the summer. Her ultimate goal is to inspire young dancers to move with joy and to continually challenge themselves to grow and expand their skills at every opportunity.

Aubrey Moore

Jackie started her dance career in 2009 with the Spokane Shock dance team and continued with the shock from 2009-2014. During that time she was also a member of the USA National Champion Washington State University Crimson Girls. After her career with the shock she moved to the Bay Area and spent one National championship year with the NBA’s Golden State Warriors Dance Team. Missing her North West roots she moved north, and spent 2015-2020 with the NBA’s Portland Trailblazers Blazer dancers and started her teaching career. She completed her dance career with the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks for the 2021-2022 season. Jackie is excited to use her creative energy taking the Spokane Shock Dance team to the next level and helping dancers find their full potential.
